We are looking forward to seeing you all at Parent Teacher Conferences in two weeks. Please see important information below and reach out with any questions. You will also find information about next Friday's Picture Day (10/10).

I am excited to have a full week of school next week! Have a wonderful weekend.

Parents/guardians will once again have the opportunity to select a conference time through My Conference Time.   All conferences will be in person unless a parent/guardian requests a Google Meet link directly from the teacher.  Fall conference sign up information will be  live on our school website from  Friday, October 3rd, at 9:00 a.m. through Monday, October 13th, at 12:00 p.m.  If you prefer a virtual session, please contact the teacher to request a Google Meet link to conduct your conference virtually after you have confirmed your conference time through My Conference Time Online Scheduler.   We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your child’s learning!

Quick tip: Look for emails from “noreply@myconferencetime.com” when searching email for conference confirmation communications.

🚒Emergency Drills

Conducting emergency drills (fire, crisis, lockdown, etc.) is one of the most important ways we enhance our preparedness for students and staff during an emergency. Drills allow us to practice what we need to do when an emergency arises in our school.

Earlier today, CPM conducted a fire drill. This was only a drill and was in accordance with the School Incident Management Protocols established by the district, in partnership with our local first responders. I am pleased to report that the drill was a success. It was efficient and timely.  If you have any feedback please reach out.  I want to thank our students and staff for their interest and participation in making our schools a safer place for learning.

Picture Day is Friday, October 10th !
