Dear Calf Pen Meadow Families,
What a joyful week at CPM! Our 4th grade band students had a wonderful time performing at Foran High School—their first performance was such a fun showcase of their hard work. Our first graders did a FANTASTIC job turning our cafeteria into the city of Milford. Kudos to our first grade teachers for planning such a special event.
Thank you to everyone who supported our PTA Give Back days at Jimmy’s Pizza and Cookie 39. Math Night was a great success as well—special thanks to Ms. Tauro for facilitating and to our talented mathematicians from the Room 17 after-school program for leading the games.
We are also getting excited for next week’s Thanksgiving Parade! Our second and fifth graders have been busy designing and building creative floats inspired by Balloons Over Broadway—enjoy the photos below. As we head into a short week, I want to share how grateful I am this Thanksgiving season to be a part of this amazing school community. Your children make me smile every single day, and I am truly thankful for our CPM family. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving - I hope to see many of you at the Turkey Trot! Warmly, Annamaria Simonelli Principal |
