Good Afternoon Meadowside,
We are proud today to congratulate and celebrate three outstanding members of our school community—Mrs. Nicole Bindner, our Parent of the Year; Ms. Ferguson, our Paraeducator of the Year; and Mrs. Borjas, our Teacher of the Year.
As our PTA Co-President, Mrs. Bindner exemplifies dedication and service, consistently going above and beyond to support our students, staff, and school community.
Ms. Ferguson, our Paraeducator of the Year, brings energy, initiative, and a deep commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students while supporting both colleagues and classroom success.
Mrs. Borjas, our Teacher of the Year, creates an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, demonstrating unwavering dedication to helping every student grow, achieve, and feel valued.
We are honored to have them represent Meadowside, and together, they truly reflect the very best of our community. Please join me in congratulating all three!
Our staff also took time today to recognize Autism Awareness Day, helping to foster understanding, acceptance, and appreciation for the diverse strengths and experiences of all learners in our community. Opportunities like this one are important in building empathy and ensuring that every student feels seen, supported, and included.
As we head into Spring Break, beginning tomorrow and continuing through next week, we wish all of our families a safe, restful, and relaxing time. We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for the remainder of the school year!
