As we head into the final stretch of the school year, we would like to take a moment to extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible Meadowside PTA. Their dedication, generosity, and countless volunteer hours make such a meaningful difference in the daily experiences of our students and staff. From organizing family events and supporting enrichment opportunities, to celebrating our staff and helping provide resources that enhance learning, our PTA continually helps make Meadowside a special place filled with HEART.
At this past week’s PTA meeting, a new PTA Board was officially elected for the upcoming school year. We are excited to welcome this dedicated group of volunteers — including many familiar faces who will continue serving our school community in new roles. Their willingness to step up and lead speaks volumes about the care and commitment our families have for Meadowside.
A strong PTA plays an important role in helping schools thrive, and there are so many ways for families to get involved — whether by attending meetings, volunteering at events, sharing ideas, or supporting activities from home. We encourage all families to consider joining us at upcoming PTA meetings and events as we continue working together to make Meadowside such a special place for our students.
Congratulations to our New PTA Officers for 2026-2027:
Christen Pond - President
Stephanie Marchand - Vice President
Kristen Magazine - Treasurer
Nicole Bindner - Secretary

Conducting emergency drills (fire, crisis, lockdown, etc.) is one of the most important ways we help keep students and staff safe during an emergency. Drills allow us to practice what we need to do when an emergency arises in our school.
Next week Meadowside School will be conducting a Lock Down drill. This will only be a drill and will be conducted in accordance with the School Incident Management Protocols established by the district, and in collaboration with our local first responders. Please discuss the importance of our emergency drills with your children. We thank you for your cooperation and partnership with keeping our schools safe!
