Talent Management & Development
Talent Management & Development
June 4, 2025
The Talent Management & Development team is committed to supporting the staff in the MPS from recruitment through their entire employee experience in the Milford Public Schools.
People are our purpose.
The purpose of this newsletter is to foster connectedness and belonging throughout our organization. Our motto is "Putting People First" and YOU are our people.
As the school year ends, we extend our deepest gratitude to our 2024-2025 retirees. Your years of service, dedication, and impact have shaped generations and left a lasting legacy in our schools. Whether you spent decades in the classroom, the library, the office, or behind the scenes—your work mattered.
You’ve made our school system stronger, kinder, and more connected.
Thank you for the laughter in the halls, the lessons taught, and the countless lives touched.
We wish you endless joy, adventure, and well-earned relaxation in this next chapter.
You will be missed!
