Talent Management & Development
May 22, 2024
The Talent Management & Development team is committed to supporting the staff in the MPS from recruitment through their entire employee experience in the Milford Public Schools.
People are our purpose.
The purpose of this newsletter is to foster connectedness and belonging throughout our organization. Our motto is "Putting People First" and YOU are our people.
Newsflash!
It is Open Enrollment time for group health insurance and certain other employee benefit plans through May 31, 2024. Please click here for details.
As a reminder, participation in the Flexible Spending Plan requires an enrollment form completed annually.
If you are NOT making a health plan enrollment change for the 2024-2025 year, you do not need to submit any forms to maintain your current health plan coverage.
Employee health insurance payroll contribution schedules will be distributed as soon as they are available, once the 2024-2025 plan year renewal with Anthem is finalized. We hope to have this information distributed by the end of May and appreciate your patience.
Please contact the benefits office with any questions you may have!
