Hello Bulldog Families,
Thank you to all the families that came in to meet with our staff for conferences this week. We appreciate and look forward to your collaboration to keep Mathewson so PAWsome.
Thank you also to our PTO and all the families that attended our second meeting of the year! Our PTO sponsored a beautiful Apple Bar for staff this week which was almost too pretty to eat :). Be sure to join our PTO and check out our Mathewson Facebook page for lots of pictures throughout the year. Right now we are busy looking for lots of volunteers and support to help run our Halloween Hoot. We hope to see you there. Details below.
In this edition of the PAWprint we also have some information for our Halloween parade that is school wide and held outside weather permitting. Please know this is an outdoor event only so hope for nice weather so you can join in the fun!
Note about Parent/Car Pick Up: If you are in the car line for PM pick up please make sure you are not blocking driveways on West River. We try to move the cars quickly and safely as possible but leaving the driveway spaces open is important for our residents. Thank you!
Note to Families about After School Clubs: If your child is enrolled in Chess, Stem Club, Room 17 Math, Giggling Pig or other after school clubs run by our PTO please note that if your child is out for the day they also will not be able to attend the after school club. We understand these are paid to participate events; however, we want to follow our health and wellness guidance as well. Thank you for understanding.
