Greetings, MPS Families!

We are pleased to announce our Fall 2026 Elementary Conference Schedule: 

Wednesday, October 14th  1:45 - 3:45 p.m.    

Thursday, October 15th  5:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Friday, October 16th 1:45 - 3:45 p.m. 

*Please note that we will have a modified early dismissal time on the conference days to accommodate the conference schedule.  Therefore, students will be dismissed on October 14th, October 15th, and October 16th at 1:15pm. 

Parents/guardians will once again have the opportunity to select a conference time through My Conference Time.   All conferences will be in person unless a  parent/guardian requests a Google Meet link directly from the teacher.  Fall conference sign up  information will be  live on our school website from  Friday, October 2nd, at 9:00 a.m. through Monday, October 12th, at 12:00 p.m.  If you prefer a virtual session, please contact the teacher to request a Google Meet link to conduct your conference virtually after you have confirmed your conference time through My Conference Time Online Scheduler.   We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your child’s learning! 

Quick tip: Look for emails from “noreply@myconferencetime.com” when searching email for conference confirmation communications. 

On Wednesday November 11, 2026 the Meadowside community will honor our veterans with a short assembly.  If you know a veteran or are a veteran and would like to attend please fill out this form and return it to Miss Morin 

Breakfast is available free of charge to students upon arrival in the morning to pick up and bring back to the classroom.  Breakfast is free for all for the 2026-2027 School Year and families who qualify for reduced meals will receive lunch at no cost! Information on school meals, including links to the Free/Reduced Price Meals Application, can be found on our district Food Service Webpage.  Please take a moment to talk with your child about whether you want them to get breakfast and/or lunch daily.  

We are thrilled to launch a new school-wide initiative right in our front lobby: The Meadowside Fridge! Just like the fridge at home, this bulletin board will be a high-visibility spot to showcase the incredible things happening in our building.

What is the Meadowside Fridge? It is a space dedicated to celebrating student growth, ownership, and success. Whether it’s a high-scoring math assessment, a stunning art project, a writing piece, a photo from an important sports game or recital or evidence of a personal goal crushed, if a student worked hard and feels proud of it, it belongs on the fridge!

Both teachers and families can submit postings for the Meadowside Fridge. If you would like to send in a photo from an extracurricular activity or accomplishment from home, please send them via email to brittanysmith@milforded.org (our School Counselor) with the subject line “Meadowside Fridge”  and she will post it to the fridge.
